Your Chinese Chicken Vegetable flavor snack was VERY good. The only problem is, your bowl has those ridges in them and most of the vegetables get caught in them and you have a VERY hard time trying to get them out so you can eat them. I think a smooth sided bowl would work so much better, think about it,

In any case, we’re not the manufacturer and don’t directly talk with them. Perhap, I’ll pass the words up to our contacts but I don’t konw if it would make any difference.

Good morning.

My name is Sgt…with the United States Marine Corp. I am currently station in Al Asad Iraq. I am doing my part in defending out great country and fighting terrorist. Let me tell this place is real bad. I have been in the service for over 7 years. I been here in Iraq going on 2 months. Well the food over here really sucks. So I have to eat snacks and other food providing to me.

Well today one of my service member gave me one of your product to eat. It was Chow Nissen Original Mein. It was the chicken flavor. Man let me tell you, your product was delicious… If you can please send more so I can have to eat and pass out to my guys…

Also, I wish you could do something about your shipping costs as they prevent me from ordering more from you.

The Myojo Chukazanmai premium brand only has this one. There are other Myojo brands but they’re not the same and we don’t know about those.

Sorry about the shipping cost, it’s a reduced FedEx residential rate and there is no extra packaging & handling cost added.

Your current order was actually just a hair over 4 lbs which we could have refunded $0.40 to you, but we decided to add some complimentary items instead.

If you had ordered 24 or 10 lbs, the shiping cost would have been $10.86, an increase of only $2.18.

Just a thought… I recently have been enjoying your noodles with chopped green onions and a few sprinkles of cayenne pepper. I love the taste. Is there any possiblity that you can send this to marketing?

I’ve been adding just cayenne pepper to your chicken noodles for about 10 years now and it’s a good combo. Great taste! A little bit different than your chili soup.
