Beijing (Peking, northern cuisine) style emphasize the use of sesame oil with hearty ingredients. In this entree, the robustness of sesame oil integrated nicely with the flavorful dashi seafood soup stock and subtle sweetness of Chinese cabbage. The tasty soup sauce flavors the excellent noodles well for a hearty meal indeed.
Both in and out of the package, its premium quality is readily apparent, a very well packaged product. With the favorite noodle texture of Chukazanmai brand, the special deep yellow noodles are air dried.
Cooking Directions
- Bring to boil 2 1/2 cups (600ml) of water.
- Add noodles and simmer 4 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and mix in both soup bases.
