Ramen Beef Flavor

The thin noodle needed to be cooked a little under, as it was a too soft for my liking. The nice beefy aroma was promising, however, as I ate the noodle, it was less than deserved and had an unwelcome aftertaste. The seasoning oil could have been left out too. While beef is usually a very popular flavor, this is not one of mine.

Cooking Directions
  1. Bring to boil 2 1/2 cups of water.
  2. Add noodles and simmer 3 minutes, stir occasionally
  3. Remove from heat and mix in soup base and seasoning oil.

Noodle
Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Tocopherols.
Powder Soup Base
alt, Hydrolyzed Plant (Corn, Soy, Wheat) Protein, Soy Sauce Powder (Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Dextrin), Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Pork Flavoring, Spices, Onion Powder, Caramel, Color, Dehydrated Green Onion, Citric Acid, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate.
Seasoning Oil
Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rice), Artificial Beef Flavor, Tocopherols.
