Nong Shim Neoguri Udon (Seafood & Spicy)

This entry offers a tastyt blend of seafood flavors and seasonings, a traditional taste cherished by coastal Korean. The smooth chewy texture of the thick Udon noodle offered a lively contrast to the somewhat spicy rich seafare broth with an overtone of seaweed.

The package listed mussel for seaweed, not sure if that is a kind of seaweed. The package said to use 3 cup of water or 550ml, but that translated to 3 cup only if you used 6 oz. cup! We generally have 8 oz cup here, so you should only use about 2 1/3 cups. I like it spicy, so I would use just 2 cup here.

Suggested Cooking Directions
  1. Bring to boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Add noodles, contents of all soup packets. Simmer 5 minutes and stir occasionally

    This one is very, very good! Just the right amount of spices. Tender noodles, full, robust flavored soup…delicious! I added oysters & nori to mine and I was very please! I am going to buy this one again!
