Wonton Soup Flavor (Thin Noodle)

The Hong Kong style noodles are very thin air dried wheat noodles that have a firmer texture. The fineness of this noodle brings out the character of the light shrimp wonton soup taste. The package contains two separated noodle portions and seasoning packets.
A sinlge portion serving is 2.25oz, but both portions make it a bit too much for some. I suggest cooking it on the stove with 3 cups of boiling water per portion for a clear broth. Cook time is only 1 1/2 minutes! After cooking, add the noodle and part of the water into the serving bowl, then add the seasoning packets, stir and serve.
Cooking Directions
1 Portion
- Put one portion of noodle into 2 cups of boiling water and heat or microwave for 1 1/2 minutes
- Add contents of one of each kind of soup packets, stir and serve.
2 Portions
- Put both portions of noodle into 4-5 cups of boiling water and heat for 1 1/2 minutes
- Add contents of all soup packets, stir and serve.
