As you can see from the image, there are lot of good size mixed vegetarian goodies, including peanut, mushroom, bamboo, delicate curd skin and lily flower. It’s a tasty varieties of flavors and textures, especially the succulent meaty texture of the generous slices of mushroom - like grilled portabellos.
It’s a very nutritious traditional herbal soup with a wonderful braised earthy taste. Add a dash of sweet balsamic or wine vinergar to the soup and you got a special treat! This is a Chinese brand licensed by Nissin. Its domestic market prefers a Hong Kong style thin ramen noodle with a crunchier bite.
As prepared, the soup sauce had a milky consistency and tasted a bit like chicken soup with a bit of creamer and codfish broth mixed in. It was very well seasoned with a sesame oil aroma. Kimchi Ramen Bowl is a hot spicy instant noodle soup with regular ramen noodles. The soup is a little thinner than the Shin’s ramen and the flavor notes are more sharp.
