This dish has a great flavor! The seasoning is tangy with a hint of lime, not too salty either. The noodles are tender, although, I did add a dash of peanut oil to help keep them from getting too sticky. I followed the suggestion on the package and added crushed peanuts, bean sprouts and pieces of fried fish cake (instead of prawns). The only warning I have is, monitor how much of the red pepper flake you use…it is very powerful! I would definitely buy this one again!

sweet and spicy, thin noodles and lots of spices! you take one bite into this and you get a nice sweet taste, but about 3 seconds later you are hit with a spicy-hot flavor. when cooking this, don’t drain ALL the water out, as you’ll need some to mix in the powder soup and other ingrediants
