Bun Lau Thai - Rice Vermicelli

Thai style instant vermicelli rice noodles is a spicy sour taste in a clear shrimp flavored vegetable broth.

It’s a classic Vietnamese - Thai cuisine, with the hot spice of chili and the sour zest of citronella and lemon flavor in hearty vegetable broth made with leek, shallot and the herb galingale (a ginger substitute with health uses), and delicately flavored with Tomyum shrimp paste.

This noodle soup is so easy to make, put everything into a bowl, add hot water and cover for 3 minutes! It could easily be done using a microwave in different ways depending on your skill.

Suggested Cooking Directions
  1. Add contents of all packets with noodles into a bowl and add boiling water (~1 1/3 cup).
  2. Cover, waits 3 minutes and enjoy!

Powder Soup Base

Seasoning Oil
Palm Oil, Shallot,Chili, Citronella, Galingale, Artificial Shrimp, Lemon Flavor, Beta-carotene, TBHQ.

    This one is very, very good! Just the right amount of spices. I added shrimp that I boiled with lemongrass and one chili. It was superb! I would recommend this to everyone!

    very good flavor and pleasing, i added nori (i always do ^^) easy to prepare and good texture, one of my favorites!
