Sutah Ramen - Spicy Flavor

Packaged in newer foil-type bag, Sutah’s ramen has a nice gummy texture from the addition of potato starch with wheat flour. It has a rich spicy beef and vegetable broth that’s quite balanced, so that all the flavors come out.
There is a separate packet of pepper powder, if you like it hot.
Cooking Directions
- Bring to boil 2 cups of water.
- Add noodle and ingredients to boiling water and simmer 4 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Optionally, add fresh vegetables and scallion, if desired.
