Instant Flat Noodles

Oriental Style Instant Flat Noodles (Clear Soup). The rice noodles are quite wide (~ 1/2 inch) by instant noodles standard. The clear soup was very garlicy and its aroma was strong. A light serving of only 180 calories with only 25 calories from fat. Not too bad tasting either.
There are small amount of green onion pieces in the broth, among other possible unlisted seasoning herbs. MAMA brand seems to have a dual personality, some have excellent label and other are less than adequate.
Cooking Directions
- Add noodles to 1 1/2 cups boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add soup packets, stir and serve.
