Wantan Instant Noodle

Wantan Instant Noodle (Hoanh Thanh An Lien). Something new, flat sheets of noodle also know as wonton skin! While the sheet noodles may be odd, the soup was very good with a delicious aroma and flavor of savory dried shrimp with a note of pepper-beef-onion flavor and mild sweetness.
Delicate dried shrimp flavored clear broth is one of my favorite taste. It has a savory briny shrimp aroma and flavor that’s hard to describe, but if you can image shrimp jerky it would be close.
Suggested Cooking Directions
- Add contents of all packets and noodles to a bowl of boiling water and cover for about 3 minute.
- Enjoy!
