Satay BBQ Chicken
February 4th, 2006

Satay BBQ Chicken - fried noodle. It shared a similar recipe with many of IndoMie’s fried noodles type, though it’s mildly sweeter like miso with a note of peanut. It’s not the familiar BBQ chicken flavror, but it’s a popular sauce used in Indonesian BBQ. I did not tasted any chicken flavor itself.
There’s an art to preparing MI Goreng, which makes a big difference.
Cooking Directions
- Add noodles to 2 cups of boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes.
- While noodles cook, mix seasoning in a serving plate.
- Place well drained noodles on plate, and mix well before serving
