Want Want’s Hot Kid Seaweed Rice Crackers. The package contains 10 mini-packets of two crackers each to keep it fresh. These delectable light and crunchy rice crackers are very tasty without the heavy taste of salt or sugar as in many snacks.

It has that classic light crisp puffed texture of very crunchy rice crackers. The light seaweed flavor complimented the delicious soy sauce flavored cracker and its mild sweetness with a note of savory bonito seasoning. The bonito flavor give it an extra rich taste much like a bit of anchovy in cooking does and the light sweetnes just balance the taste nicely!

Kaj's Mango Slices

KAJ’s Mango Slices. Packed in Hawaii, the premium sweet ripe dried mango is from Thailand. These more tender deep orange colored mango slices has a natural sweet fruity mango taste that’s very “tropical.”

The delicious sweet flavor is almost reminiscent of fancy ripe Hawaii pinneapple with those aromatic notes and it’s very mango in flavor with a delicate tartness like in a fine mandarin orange flavor. Sometime, there is a delicous overtone of intricate sour tartness near the outer rind which I loved, but not all packages will have it.

A fine ripen mango is truly indescribably delicious and consider it as fortunate if you had such an experience, because fruits sold today rarely are of the quality to develop its full range of flavors. KAJ’s mango slices have just enough of that intricate ripe mango tastes to exhilarate your palate!

KAJ’s Red Ginger, sweetened ginger. Marketed in Hawaii, the sweetened ginger is from Singapore. While there’s no pepper, fresh ginger has its own sharp pungent flavor very much like hot pepper. It’s fingers licking good.

These ginger strips have the most succulent moist smooth-texture of any ginger preserve that I had, almost like fresh semi-ripen mango. It has a sharp sweet spicy taste that linger with a warm burning sensation all the way down and clear your nose a bit too! It’s an intense exotic flavor that is like a blends of a very sweet, flavorfully salted and tangy crisp tropical fruit preserve with the sharp heat of hot pepper.

Nori has been valued as a food of longevity by Japanese people for a long time. There is a proverb, “Two sheets of nori keep the doctor away.” It’s high in vitamin A, B1, B2, C and other minerals, including iron. It has as much protein as soybean and most easily digested.

The secret of Nori is it has the three desirable taste components: glutamate acid (which tastes like kelp or konbu), inosinic acid (dried bonito), and guanil acid (shiitake mushrooms) - also called “the flavor of Japan.”
